Elegance meets modern business needs in the heart of the city
A sophisticated soiree was held to launch an exciting new business venture, ‘Offices at No.1’, which is located in prestigious Barnfield Crescent in the heart of the city. The company provides unique and distinctive private serviced offices with easy-in, easy-out flexibility located in an elegant setting.
Over 60 guests made up of professionals, members of the business community, local artists, as well as friends and family, were welcomed with a tour of the four-storey building. Built by William Shapter in 1840, it was originally owned by a rich wool merchant and has been lovingly restored to its former glory by owner Stuart Hoddinott. Guests enjoyed bubbles, wine and canapés served by Posh Nosh, while drinking in the ambience and rich history of the building, all to the accompaniment of music provided by the talented Exeter University Jazz Orchestra.
