Robert Scott joins Bertram Fairbanks as a Director and Head of Litigation.

Niche law specialist Bertram Fairbanks providing advice on corporate, commercial, and property law,
announces the appointment of Robert Scott as a director and head of litigation.

A civil and commercial litigation solicitor Robert qualified in 1991 having obtained an honours degree in law from Kingston Upon Thames and professional qualifications gained at the College of Law – Guildford, before going on to work with a number of law firms across Devon. Specialising in civil and commercial litigation for over 30 years, Robert has helped resolve a wide range of disputes working with business clients as well as private individuals conducting matters at mediation and arbitration.
On the new senior appointment, Robert Scott Director and Head of Litigation says: “Based in Exeter and East Devon I have conducted a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including complex and high-value individual and commercial claims for more than three decades. I’ve really enjoyed being a consultant to Bertram Fairbanks for the past year and am excited to be joining the firm as a director heading up litigation. I’ve got to know the firm well throughout that period of time and so already feel very much part of the team and am very enthusiastic about my permanent position.”
