Leading Exeter-based niche commercial law firm, Bertram Fairbanks welcomed c.50 guests to the exciting new ‘Property Party Launch’ held at their spacious offices at Belvedere House at Pynes Hill.
The launch event was led by Julia Knight, Partner & Head of Commercial Property who joined the expanding Bertram Fairbanks team earlier this year. Qualifying in the South East in 2005, Julia trained and worked at specialist commercial firms, before relocating to Devon in 2009. With twenty years of experience, she advises clients on all aspects of commercial property work ranging from sole traders to large corporate entities. Dealing with sales and acquisitions, secured lending, refinancing, and lease work and all it entails, Julia has expertise in advising charities and pension funds in property transactions and the specific requirements that must be met.
